Ethel Adjorlolo Marfo (BoysDocta_Ethel) is a certified educational leader, an author, a social entrepreneur and an award-winning boys’ personal development advocate supporting boys through mentors, coaches and innovative learning platforms to address their silent struggles, discover their God-given purpose as well as inspire boys to become gender equity champions.
Ethel is the founder and advocacy lead at Junior Shapers Africa. Since September 2015, she has been at the forefront of the *#RaisingBoysRight* advocacy with over 7000 African boys benefiting from JSA’s programs in Ghana, Liberia, the United Kingdom and Thailand via virtual learning and one-on-one counselling sessions.
Ethel is highly concerned about boys not having an equal opportunity as girls when it comes to preparing them for manhood, marriage and fatherhood as well as opportunities to have their emotional problems addressed.
Ethel is the Author of Boys To Men Voyage, a personal development handbook for boys.
She is a christian, a wife and mother blessed with three lovely daughters. Ethel holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership & Innovation. Hitherto a Public Relations & Marketing professional spanning over 15 years in corporate Ghana.
