JSA TO HOLD LIFE SKILLS CONTEST FOR YOUNG MEN “PHENOMENAL ABRANTIE PROGRAM”.

As part of our activities for the year, we are set to organize our maiden Life Skills Contest for young men between 13 to 25 years dubbed “The JSA Phenomenal Abrantie”.
The JSA Phenomenal Abrantie program is a unique personal development program designed to showcase young men with gifted hands and to equip them with prerequisite life skills for the next phase of their lives.
The program will offer young men mentorship, counseling, grooming, and the opportunity to showcase and market their unique handiworks. Personal development and life coaches will also be on board to guide our young men.
Introductory sessions will be held to cover the following areas; Self-Discovery, Application of Godly Values, Effective Goal Setting, Career Mentorship, Work Ethic & CV Writing Skills, Entrepreneurship, Wealth Creation, Investment, Etiquette, Networking & Relationship Building.

BENEFITS OF THE JSA PHENOMENAL ABRANTIE PROGRAM:
The program will provide the winner with a cash prize to invest in his unique skill. It will boost self-employment among young males. It is going to be an avenue to learn new skills, hone their gifted hands, acquire behavioural values, and network with people from diverse backgrounds which will better prepare them for life after school and the dynamic work environment.
Through this program, they will gain essential soft skills that will shape their overall upbringing and prepare them for leadership and the next phase of their lives.

The maiden contest is scheduled for Saturday, 27th July 2019 at the Central Hotel, North Ridge, Accra from 12:00 noon.
Aside fromformal education, 21st-century male youth also require value-added education in the form of personal development training, mentoring and counseling to enable them to improve their general well-being and to achieve their full potential as young men.
